For years we've been saying to ourselves "why aren't there any groups around for bloggers in Hertfordshire", "why do we always have to spend loads travelling to London to attend bloggers events?", "I wish we could meet other bloggers that are nearby". So after a recent event in London, we decided that it was a good idea to start a page ourselves! 

Let me just introduce 'us'/'we'.. We're bloggers from Soeurs de Luxe blog, Jasmine and Kirsty. We live at opposite ends of Ware, and have previously lived in Hertford and Wareside, along with other counties and countries. We're aged 22 and 24 and have been blogging for 4 years on and off. We've recently decided that we should make more time to blog, so have set on a path we hope not to stray from. Despite growing up and working/studying in London, we tire from travelling for over an hour to attend events and have wished upon more local events and with bloggers closer to us. 

We love blogging and love meeting new people, so why not start a site that combines the two! If you're based in Hertfordshire or the surrounding areas such as Beds, Bucks, Essex or North London, we'd love to have you join our database so we're able to update you on local news and invite you to our events!

We've arranged a few events in the past and as I (Jasmine) do a lot of event planning at work, I've found myself to be quite good at it! Hopefully all these events will help me gain good experience too and each event will help me learn for the next.
